Upcoming: The Alta Project

PSE Designs is proud to have been selected by Christopher Architects & Interiors to be the structural engineers for their upcoming Alta Project in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. The project will consist of a three-level parking deck, a 125 guest room hotel, and a residence building consisting of thirty-six condominium units.

The parking deck will be 100,000 square feet (sf) with one basement level and two levels above ground. A rooftop amenity space will be landscaped and include hardscape components. The structure will be a combination of lightweight steel and pre-stressed concrete.

The residences will host four commercial tenant spaces on the ground floor, condominiums above the ground floor, and one penthouse. There will be one basement level comprising BOH, building services rooms, and storage areas. The estimated floor area is 120,000 sf and consists of one level below grade, four levels above grade, and a penthouse roof level. The structure will be steel framed with exposed steel as architectural elements.
